A few weeks ago, I have wrote a complain letter to SBS Customer Relations regarding the frequency of Service CT18. They finally replied me after like so long!
Their explanations were still considered satisfied and as a gesture of their goodwill, they send us three complimentary travel vouchers that you can use on any of their bus services. It would be better if they give each of our family member a VIP for unlimited ride on any bus services forever. HAHHAAH~
But anyway, better than nothing at all.
Next time got a little problem also must complain then can get more free ride from SBS. HAHAHHAH~
