Let me share with you how food can be deadly.
Not only the food alone, but also on the how you going to process the food for consumption and how the body process it for absorption.
Do you know that foods create free radicals through a number of ways.
1. digestion and/or assimilation(nutrient conversion) of food: metabolism creates free radicals.
2. food cooked at normal temperatures: formed large amount of free radicals + reduce our metabolic antioxidant enzymes.
3. refined foods (foods that have undergone nutritionally detrimental processing) and cooked animal products: formed large amount of free radicals + produce few antioxidants to apprehend the large amount of free radicals that were created.
4. aged food. More free radicals were created in aged food than in fresh food. Therefore it is best to eat your food while it is still fresh.
Till so far, I bet you still do not know what are free radicals. All I can tell you now is free radicals make one weak and sick easily. Therefore free radicals are bad. I will tell you more next time.
So you know that free radicals are bad and most of the food we need create so much free radicals. So what now? We should stop eating and starve to death, continue eating and wait for death or you got better solution for it?
