Kiwi and apple muffins

A few days ago, I did Kiwi and apple muffins.

Method:
1. Mix eggs, fresh milk, melted butter together till well combined.
2. Add in sifted flour, caster sugar and baking powder and stir till just combined.
3. Add in salt, diced apples and kiwis and fold in.
5. Spoon mixture into muffin cups and bake at 180C for about 25-30 mins, depending on the size of your muffins.
6. Remove muffins from pan and cool on a cooling rack.

Troubleshooting
- Uneven distribution of fruits in 1st and 2nd batch of baking. That resulted in 1st batch being too moist with the excessive fruits and 2nd batch being too plain without the fruits.
- Fruits were cutted too big and that add on to the moistness of the muffins and well as producing big holes on the top of the muffins.
- Flour were not sifted without sifter, butter were not melted beforehand, salt was not added.
- Too much time used and not systematic and organized enough
