Because in your mind, you only have her.
You simply have no other interests.
So how are you able to maintain your friendship with you current friends or make new friends when you don't have any common topic with others.
Only topic about her will get you interested and hence people will bring her up.
When people bring her up, you blame us for making you annoyed.
When people have no topic to talk to you, you self declare that no one care for you and you have no friends.
Eventually, it is your mind that is controlling your thoughts.
