Rule #20 Chew it 20 times before you swallow. And put your fork down between bites. This is how to make room for actual conversations in your life.


Chew chew chew~ Other than putting in a few conversations, it also helps the stomach to digest the food slowly and properly. Remember, don't ever stress your stomach. Another benefit is you could slow down your time and take a look at the surrounding of interesting happenings. Life is seriously so boring to bury your head on your food and stuff the food into your body very quickly. Therefore when it is time to enjoy your food, do seriously enjoy it to the fullest.
